We will be holding our Valentine's Day Dinner Dance on January 28th, 2012 at Midvale Country Club. Our Menu will be:

CHICKEN MIDVALE

fresh breast of chicken stuffed with a feta cheese, spinach and prosciutto ham filled, baked and finished with a light demi-glace

PRIME RIB OF BEEF

12 oz. slow roasted Prime Rib lightly seasoned, dipped in fresh au jus accompanied with horseradish sauce  

BAKED SALMON

Fillet of farm raised Atlantic Salmon stuffed baked and finished with a lemon wine dill sauce

 Each meal includes: 

SALAD: tossed field greens & romaine with roma tomato, baby corn, pepperoncini, black olives, sliced onion and croutons;
